Abstract

The objective of this article is to make an analysis of the operation of the Peruvian intelligence system, in order from there to elaborate the proposals that allow it to improve its operation. For this purpose, a bibliographic review related to the subject has been carried out and some antecedents related to the different activities carried out in the field of intelligence are raised. Subsequently, an interview is elaborated, the same one that was carried out with eight specialists in this discipline, whose data allowed the elaboration of a matrix that made it possible to obtain the results and discussion. It was concluded that the national intelligence system suffers from a series of limitations that hinder effective and efficient performance, proposing alternatives aimed at overcoming these limitations.
